Professor Tak-Wah Wong MD, PhD works in the Departments of Dermatology, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Center of Applied Nanomedicine at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. He leads a skin cancer team in the University Hospital. He dedicates his research to photobiology, oncology, infectious diseases, wound healing, and abnormal scarring. He is the pioneer of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in Taiwan.

王德華醫師是臺灣台南國立成功大學皮膚科、生物化學和分子生物學系、應用納米醫學中心教授。他在大學醫院領導一個皮膚癌團隊。他的研究致力於光生物學、腫瘤學、傳染病、傷口癒合和異常疤痕。他是臺灣光動力療法（PDT）的先驅。
